4 years today Jim we got the call to say your new liver is here. We only had a short time to get ready and sort things out before the ambulance arrived to take us to London. Mixed emotions spread through us, I was worried, happy scared all at the same time. You on the other hand just took it all in your stride, kept laughing and joking with the paramedics all through the journey. It was a long day Jim and a day I will never forget. We waited so long for that call and you had some many hurdles thrown at you while waiting and like the boss you are you just kept beating them and beating them. I’m so super proud of you my brave soldier. I love you to heaven and back xxxx
